Tai Qi and Qi Gong offer a gentle option for getting more movement into your life.

They improve muscle tone, balance and strength.  They engage the entire body with gentle movements which flow together which is especially helpful to older adults who tend to exercise less.

Tai Qi-Qi Gong also help to reduce stress, tension and pain. They help mental function as well  because the ability to focus and maintain awareness also increases.
